Cruising the aisles of Monoprix recently I spotted something new: Caesar dressing!

Brought to us by the Florette company, the amusingly small bottles that are enough for three salads according to the label are promoted as being a favorite in the US and UK (althought there I suppose it's a favourite). And how is it best served? Over iceberg!

We had the dressing two years ago in Aix,then it disappeared! I hope it returns,although at least we have Heinz Ceasar and Blue Cheese, too!
